Taryn began her exercise journey as a young mother as a size 24 at her local gym. During her weight loss, she loved learning the ‘whys and hows’ of the exercises she was doing, which inspired her to study fitness. Taryn completed her Certificate IV in fitness in 2015 and now offers personalised exercise programs to patients.

Exercise programs are based on the patient’s own individual needs with exercises for the patient to do in their own home and come with images and detailed descriptions. Taryn’s programs focus on good technique and areas of the body that need strengthening, often with the consultation of the patients Osteopath.

Exercise programs start at $140 for a 4 week personalised program.
