Simone trained at RMIT in Melbourne, graduating in 1996. Following graduation she practiced in Singapore for 2 years, followed by 4 years in Newcastle in the north of England.  She returned to Australia in 2003.

Simone has undertaken further study since graduating. She has completed post graduate studies in "Osteopathy in Obstetrics". This involves osteopathic care during pregnancy, as well as considering fertility problems and postpartum complaints.

She has also done postgraduate training in osteopathy in the cranial field (OCF and biodynamics) and combines this with manipulative techniques in her treatments.

Simone has worked with a yoga teacher to design and run yoga classes for people with back problems. These proved very popular, and helped reconnect the patient with their body. This awareness is very important in preventing back problems.

She has featured in health magazines, as well as giving presentations to numerous groups. These include the Singaporean Sports Medicine Association, National Childbirth Trust groups, the Yoga Teachers Association of Singapore, the Home Midwifery Association and her local division of General Practitioners.

Simone has presented at the Passage to Motherhood
conference, giving midwives an insight in identifying musculoskeletal problems
that may influence labour and common causes of pregnancy related back pain.  She has completed studies in pre and post natal yoga and now teaches on a pregnancy yoga course.

Simone offers caring and professional osteopathic treatment suitable for all ages. She uses a wide variety of osteopathic techniques, chosen to suit each patient and their complaint. She has a particular interest in fertility, pregnancy and post partum complaints.

Simone opened Northside Therapies in 2005.  Since its inception Northside Therapies has gone from strength to strength.
Simone is married and has 3 beautiful sons.
