One on one Pilates classes are available with qualified Pilates instructor, Ryo.
Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness, with a focus on core strength.
Ryo is available for classes by appointment on Monday's, Tuesday's and Friday's.
